Truth is, when there's an event going on, people always remember the food. At the Salish Lodge & Spa, we go above and beyond the expected. Our catering menus feature innovative and indigenous cuisine as you would experience in our restaurants.

Start your day off with Salish old fashioned steel-cut oats, berries, brown sugar and cream. Or treat your guests to a special brunch with fresh fruit from Seattle's famous Pike Place Market.

For mid-day meals, enjoy plated lunches with gourmet salads and fresh seafood, or go for a themed lunch such as a classic Italian, Mexican or Spa buffet. Or – take your team outside with one of our popular brown bag lunches.

Later on, sample our tempting hors d'oeuvres from satays to sushi and get ready for a dinner event of your choice. We offer a wide variety of three- and four-course plated dinners and lavish dinner buffets including exotic Mediterranean and Italian buffets as well as holiday and vegetarian options. Special children's menus are also available.

Then toast Salish-style with champagne, handcrafted brews, or select a vintage from one of the largest wine lists in the Northwest.
