Truth is, when there's an event going on, people always remember the food. At the Salish Lodge & Spa, we go above and beyond the expected. All catering is led by sous chef Matthew Mina, and features innovative and indigenous cuisine as you would experience in our restaurants.
Start your day off with Salish old fashioned steel-cut oats, berries, brown sugar and cream. Or treat your guests to a special brunch with fresh fruit from Seattle's famous Pike Place Market.
For mid-day meals, enjoy plated lunches with gourmet salads and fresh seafood, or go for a themed lunch such as a classic Italian, Mexican or Spa buffet. Or – take your team outside with one of our popular brown bag lunches.
Later on, sample our tempting hors d'oeuvres from satays to sushi and get ready for a dinner event of your choice. We offer a wide variety of three- and four-course plated dinners and lavish dinner buffets including exotic Mediterranean and Italian buffets as well as holiday and vegetarian options. Special children's menus are also available.
Then toast Salish-style with champagne, handcrafted brews, or select a vintage from one of the largest wine lists in the Northwest.
