Most recently, the Salish Lodge & Spa was fortunate
to form a relationship with famed cheese maker Hervé Mons.
An extraordinary artisan, Hervé fashions the world's finest
cheeses and has won the prestigious "Best Artisan of France"
award in the field of cheese making and aging. With only
a handful of establishments carrying these cheeses, Hervé
Mons production is very limited. The Salish Lodge &
Spa is honored to share this creme de la creme of cheeses
with you.
