Eat it all up in our beautiful new Chef's Studio overlooking Snoqualmie Falls. Connected to both the kitchen and the Salish garden, Chef's Studio provides a truly hands-on culinary adventure. FULL MOON DINNERS AT THE FALLS

Enjoy a howling good time when the moon is at its fullest this summer and fall. In the spirit of adventure, menus will be unveiled upon arrival - a true surprise and delight for your taste buds. Each event will begin with a lively reception featuring seasonally inspired appetizers and sparkling wine. The big reveal of the evening's menu will include three courses you'll prepare together in a hands-on demonstration led by Chef Snook using fresh, local ingredients like Yakima tomatoes and herbs grown in our own garden - all perfectly paired with wine, bubbles and brews from some our favorite producers.


Full Moon Dinners at the Falls take place from 7pm – to 10pm on the following dates, $150 per person.

Culinary Happy Hour

We're taking our culinary educational series and turning it on its ear! Forget the cheap appetizers and discounted punch - interactive Happy Hours in our Chef's Studio offer so much more.. Grab a friend and learn the best ways to prepare and cook various proteins or produce. A small group of 12 will participate in cooking demonstrations with Chef Snook while sipping on a glass of Washington State wine and enjoying seasonal bites. Each guest will leave the class with a signed apron and recipes to recreate their dishes at home.

Salish Canning Classes

Learn how to preserve all of the flavors of the season with Salish Canning Classes. This educational four-hour class will cover the art of canning with ingredients like cherries and blackberries, as well as how to make the perfect apple butter for fall.

Classes include a buffet lunch, signed apron, recipe cards and twelve jars of your seasonal creation to take home. $50 per person.
