SALISH SIPS SERIES

Eat and drink your way through June with our Salish Sips Series featuring some of our favorite local libations. Indulge in five courses handcrafted by Executive Chef Steven Snook and perfectly paired with wine, bubbles and brews from some of Washington's finest producers. Every dinner will include an interactive cooking experience so you'll get to try your hand at, for example, making a chocolate soufflé, muddling mojitos after picking fresh mint in our garden, and more!

FULL MOON DINNERS AT THE FALLS

Enjoy a howling good time when the moon is at its fullest this summer and fall. In the spirit of adventure, menus will be revealed upon arrival – a true surprise and delight for your taste buds. Each event will begin with a hands-on reception preparing seasonally inspired appetizers with Chef Snook while sipping sparkling wine. The big reveal of the evening's menu will occur and then guests enjoy three courses of family-served dishes inspired by fresh, local ingredients like Yakima tomatoes and herbs grown in our own garden. Escape to the Hidden Terrace to enjoy the full moon with your final libation.


Full Moon Dinners at the Falls take place from 7pm – to 10pm on the following dates, $150 per person.

Culinary Educational Series

This series gives participants a more in-depth understanding of how to prepare and cook various proteins and produce. A small group of 12 will participate in hands-on cooking demonstrations with Chef Snook while sipping on a glass of Washington State wine and enjoying seasonal bites. Each guest will leave the class with a signed apron and recipes to recreate their dishes at home.

Salish Canning Classes

Learn how to preserve all of the flavors of the season with Salish Canning Classes. This educational four-hour class will cover the art of canning with ingredients like cherries and blackberries, as well as how to make the perfect apple butter for fall. Classes include a buffet lunch, signed apron, recipe cards and twelve jars of your seasonal creation to take home.
