Location, price, and amenities can draw you to a venue. With that said, the biggest factor that will bring me and my groups back to the Salish Lodge is the people. Jennifer, the person responsible for our group, was absolutely outstanding. I have done tons of meetings as a manager and sales trainer, and she was by far the best person that I have ever dealt with while running a meeting over several days. Her service, as well as Salish's willingness to help with extra things such as the shipping of computers, are what really made the difference in the success of our event.
