With the largest selection of Washington wines available in the world and the most extensive wine list in Washington State, the wine cellar at Salish Lodge & Spa lends another dimension of excellence to the Salish experience. In over 15 years, the wine cellar at has grown from a 100-item list in the 1980s to its current collection of 1,750 wines and 11,000 bottles in the wine cellar. Approximately 65% of these labels are from Washington State wineries, with numerous Oregon, California, French and Spanish wines represented. The comprehensive collection also includes select German, Austrian, New Zealand, South African and Australian wines.
The wine program at Salish Lodge & Spa has been honored "Best of Award of Excellence" for 18 years (1988-2006) from Wine Spectator magazine, an "Award of Distinction" by Wine Enthusiast magazine in 2006, and a 2005 "Best of Service Award" and "Washington Reserve Award" both from the Washington Wine Commission.
Our Wine Loft Collection currently houses over 1750 selections. Guests who would like to enjoy a bottle from their personal collection are welcome to do so provided the selection is not available on our wine list. Our corkage fee is thirty-five dollars per 750ml bottle; the limit per party is two bottles. For magnums the corkage fee is seventy dollars; the limit per party is one bottle.
