At Salish Lodge & Spa, we go above and beyond the expected. Our catering menus feature mouthwatering Pacific Northwest cuisine using fresh, vibrant seasonal ingredients.
Guests can start the day off with Salish old fashioned steel-cut oats, berries, brown sugar and cream, or a special brunch with House-Made Muffins, Scones, and Buttermilk Biscuits featuring honey from our on-site apiary.
For the reception, let guests sample our tempting hors d'oeuvres and get ready for a dinner event of your choice. We offer a wide variety of three- and four-course plated dinners and lavish buffets as well as vegetarian and gluten free options. Special children's menus are also available.
Then toast Salish-style with handcrafted brews like our Pike Hive Five Hopped Honey Ale produced by The Pike Brewing Company, or a vintage from one of the largest wine lists in the Pacific Northwest, including our own private label wines.
