The Honey Harvest Dinner

A Man Holding A Piece Of Wood

Friday, September 18, 2026 September 18, 2026 Salish Lodge & Spa

Step into the fascinating world of bees during this intimate, immersive experience led by our Head Beekeeper, Daniel. Begin with an exclusive tour of the Salish Lodge apiary, where you'll learn about the essential role honeybees play in our ecosystem and the thoughtful stewardship that keeps our hives thriving.

Following the tour, gather in our scenic pergola for a welcome cocktail and guided honey tasting. Sample a selection of exceptional varietals, including award-winning Blue Ribbon honey, as Daniel shares the unique characteristics, flavors, and aromas that make each harvest distinct.

The evening concludes with a thoughtfully curated three-course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Christopher, celebrating the remarkable versatility of honey. Each course is thoughtfully infused with honey harvested from our very own apiary, creating a true farm-to-table experience that honors the flavors of the Pacific Northwest.

Looking to enhance your experience? Pre-book our specialty wine flight add-on, thoughtfully curated to pair perfectly with your dining experience.

Bee Safety & Guest Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both our guests and our bees, we kindly ask that you follow a few simple guidelines during the apiary tour:

  • Please respect the bees and follow your beekeeper's instructions at all times. Please note that a safety waiver must be signed upon arrival.
  • Avoid wearing strong perfumes, colognes, or heavily scented lotions. Neutral or lightly scented products are recommended.
  • Smoking and cigarettes are not permitted before or during the apiary experience, as strong odors can agitate the bees.
  • For your comfort and safety, please wear closed-toe, flat shoes. Open-toed shoes and high heels are not recommended.
  • We also recommend comfortable clothing suitable for walking on uneven outdoor terrain.

Thank you for helping us protect the health of our hives while ensuring an enjoyable experience for everyone.
