Guided by guest teacher Audrey Sutton Mills, this all-levels yoga experience blends gentle movement, breathwork, sound healing, and guided meditation to help you quiet the noise and reconnect with your inner knowing.
Through intentional journaling and reflection, you’ll be guided to tune into your desires and clarify what you’re being called toward. This is a space to soften control, receive insight, and deepen self-trust.
